Hi Hayley, thank you for your question. We work in an environment that is constantly developing and changing, at times there can be plenty to take on board and embed. Handlers have ongoing support and coaching to help them embed new techniques. Most people find this is something they enjoy about the role as they are constantly develop and learning new things.
