This does form one of the 4 placements you will undertake during the 3-year programme and is essential to allow you to understand our customer journey and the products we provide to our customers. In addition you will gain an understanding of how we communicate to our customers and how we manage their expectations. Whilst this is one of the 4 placements, our Leadership Graduate Programme is aimed to recruit potential future leaders of our organisation, so please bear this in mind when making your decision to apply.
