Our Credit Hire team are focused on doing the best by our customers when they need it most. When our customer has had an accident, which they were at fault for and made a claim on their motor insurance it’s our responsibility to pay to get the other person involved in the accident back on the road. The third party involved will have registered a claim with their own insurance provider who will look to recover costs from Direct Line Group. You would be responsible for speaking to the other insurance company to settle the claim, using negotiation skills learned from training to maximise cost control. Hope this helps!
