Specialist Recruiter - Graduates & Apprentices, DLG

Hi. I would definitely say that the culture is aligned to the company values we have. DLG encourages employees to 'bring all of yourself to work' to support having a diverse group of people working here. DLG recognise that we are not customer facing and so have a casual dress code allowing you to be comfortable at work. We have some great tools to 'say it like it is' and provide feedback such as our Employee Representative Body, Yammer which is our internal social media platform and Idea's lab which rewards employees for ideas that are implemented to support efficiencies or cost savings, all of which are just a few examples. You have a great support network of people around you and DLG really does want people to have fun at work. After all, we spend a large proportion of our day at work so it's important people enjoy it!

Apprentice Project Manager, Direct Line Group

The culture at DLG is really something else, from a supporting perspective on the apprenticeship programme to the general office vibe; life at DLG really is great. We at DLG believe in diversity, anybody and everybody is welcome to apply- we encourage people to strive and develop as much as possible.
