Hi Charlotte, great to hear you are applying for a role at Direct Line Group. As I am relatively new to the role I would say the most challenging part would be when I come across situations I have not encountered before. Although, this is also something which makes the job so enjoyable. There are so many resources and people to help support with any queries and challenges I may face and they continue to support me in my role.
