Hi Redundancies are upon us at BG and I know my skill set is in L&D but I'm looking at all options I've seen the B2B vacancy and I know I have the skills to succeed in this role could you tell me more about the KPis and salary and would there be a future opportunity to move in to a specialist area like L&D

The starting salary for our B2B Customer Service Advisor position is £20,710 - £24,563 (includes 9% pension contribution), plus an opportunity to earn up to £4,200 per year. There are many opportunities across several skill sets within our Customer Service Advisor positions including development into team leader and all the associated skills around coaching, organisation and conversations. Chances to be involved in training, learning delivery and development of complaint handling skills to become an expert are available as are many other opportunities across the business.
