Ah ok, in this case the process would be a Video interview in the first instance, if this went well you would then be invited into face to face interview which would be a mix of competency questions and a role play exercise

Simon, what if I don't have Skype ?
Its not a live video chat so you wouldn't need to Skype. Its an opportunity to record your responses for the recruitment consultant to review. You would just need a smart phone or webcam to record your responses.
It's an opportunity for you to see more of what we do as you will be welcomed by our staff who have pre-recorded a welcome message so you can learn more about what we do and then your opportunity to record some responses when we ask some questions to get to know you more.

When you apply you would usually be invited to a video interview within a few working days however the B2B role starts around April time so we are in the process of collecting applications.
When added to the video recording, you have 5 days to complete and then if successful you would be invited to meet the team.
I have a bit of a situation with regards to that start date as i will be away on holiday flying on the 29th April for 7 days would this be an issue ?
Let me just double check the dates for you.
We have one starting on the 29th of April and then the 8th of July in Leeds. This is the current recruitment plan specifically for B2B however we have other customer service positions available monthly.
You would have up to 8 weeks of training to attend from the start date so we can be sure you are fully supported in helping our customers.
