Hi Linzi! Internally we have a Diversity Network Alliance (DNA) which has different strands such as LGBTQ+ and Neuro-Diversity. DNA at DLG celebrate diversity and encourage people from different diverse backgrounds to apply for our roles.

To lead on form this question, how do you support people returning to work after a period of time off, for example maternity leave?
Hi Jessica, there are a number of ways we can support an employee when returning to work after a period of time off. We can look at a phased return where you work reduced hours for a agreed period of time to get back into the swing of things. You may slowly increase these until you return to your normal working hours. You could also submit a flexible working request if you feel you need to adjust the hours you are working and this would be considered.
