Recruitment Marketing Consultant, Direct Line Group

Hi Reza,
Thanks for your question. I would say that you should really prepare as you would for a face to face interview. Review the job description for the role you have applied for and note down any questions you may have about it, any interview should be a two way conversation as you need to be sure that the job is the right one for you. Have your CV at hand during the call so you can refer to your work experience and achievements. Explore the rest of our careers site to make sure you have a good understanding of the company, our brands and our values. And finally make sure that you are in a quiet environment and somewhere you can talk openly about your career history or work experience.
I know that our recruiters will be more than happy to answer any specific questions you may have if you already have a telephone interview booked, so please feel free to give them a call or drop them an email. Let me know if there is anything else I can help with.
