Great question. Direct Line Group's approach to learning is a combination of learning on the job, learning from others and learning from courses and available resources. Your induction training would be tailored to the role you choose, for example our customer service apprenticeships benefit from a 6 or 7 week induction and academy style training. This covers all the skills and knowledge you'll need to be successful in the role. You'll receive support from your team and people manager, and also our learning provider whilst you work towards your qualification. We also give our apprentices 3.5 hours study time each week.
