Hi Lorna. Firstly thanks for asking the question. I would always encourage candidates to do their research into the organisation and the role you are applying for. Being able to talk about tangible facts of the organisation demonstrates your motivations for coming and working for that company. With competency based questions when you're thinking about examples try to use examples that would fit into the role you are applying for and make sure you use the 'STAR' method when talking through these examples. This method will make your answers well structured and hopefully support including all the information the interviewer is looking for. In addition always talk about what you learnt from being in that particular situation and if you would do anything different should you be faced with the same situation. Hope this helps!
