Every individuals career goals are different. I would say all DLG employees are responsible for driving their own development, with the support of their people manager. Employees would build a personal development plan based around their career goals with the aim to secure a role they would consider to be the next step for them. All our employees have access to our careers website where they can find all available opportunities and when its the right time can submit an application for review. A large proportion of our available positions are filled by internal candidates.
