It is interesting when speaking to employees across the company, more often than not they were new to working in a contact centre and have gone on to be long standing employees. It is not what you may expect, there is a great sense of community. Our handlers are able to be themselves on calls and achieve great results and receive positive feedback from customers. We have high levels of engagement as a result of great teamwork, a good work life balance and staff who feel driven and motivated to achieve results.
