Furthermore, I would recommend using the STAR technique when answering the competency questions. STAR stands for Situation – Task - Action – Result and enables you to give a structured response about past experiences. Try to think of examples which highlight your strengths and prior achievements. Remember, these examples provide an opportunity for you to stand out and differentiate yourself from others.
