At Direct Line we recognise that we have to move with the times. Doing the same thing the same way will simply not deliver what our customers want and need from 21st century insurance provider.
I have been in the insurance business now for over 30 years and the companies that are around now that were around then are those that have innovated.
I remember Direct Line when they first launched and offered a whole new approach to personal lines insurance. The industry doomed them to failure, but they are now the most powerful brand in the market, why? because they are still doing now what they did back then........innovating.
